CrossFit Class
An hour long class designed to optimize your fitness journey, by utilizing strength training, gymnastics, and cardio typically performed at high intensity and varied movements. Our expert coaches will work with you to meet you where you are at with each workout.
This is our standard class and will prepare you for the challenges life throws your way.
Olympic Weightlifting
Sixty minutes of specialized Olympic Weightlifting. Our expert coach Brooklynn guides athletes through lifting series to improve mechanics. From the entry levels to the fine-tuning stages of the lift, this class is for everyone!
Endurance
Ninety minutes of sustained physical activity. Moving objects, focusing on steady-state cardio and muscular endurance. Buckle up for the long-haul, this is will make you sweat.
CrossFit kids
Classes for young people (ages 7+) following the CrossFit Class formatting, with a heightened focus on enjoyment through games and character building and movement in an environment that expects integrity of form before increase in difficulty or weight.
The athletes are held to high standards of maintaining a positive environment, cheering on each other in their accomplishments, seeing their individual wins, and learning the benefits of hard work.
Personal Training
Personalized training designed to meet the individual where they are at on their fitness journey. From the high school athlete looking to push their potential to the retiree who is looking to push their grandchildren on swings, our coaches will create a plan and walk you through each step of the way.
